Since 1929, Hope Mission has partnered with caring people like you to provide hot meals and life-changing care to vulnerable neighbours in cities across Canada.

Here in Victoria, we walk alongside men and women experiencing homelessness, hunger, and addiction. Every day, our Hope Mission Rescue Van goes directly into the heart of our city to offer food, clothing, prayer, and a listening ear to neighbours who often feel unseen, unheard, and all alone.

Many have lost loved ones, faced unimaginable trauma, or are carrying fears they don’t know how to share with anyone else. But when someone meets them with compassion, everything begins to change.

We believe every person living on the streets of Victoria deserves the chance to experience hope and lasting transformation. Through partnerships with local churches, volunteers, and community organizations, we’re able to offer meals, care, encouragement, and practical help to support our neighbours through the challenges of life on the streets. These simple acts of kindness open the door to stability, healing, and hope.

We believe God is moving here in Victoria — healing broken hearts and bringing light into some of the darkest places in our city.
