As we prepare our homes for Easter celebrations, there are many men and women in Victoria who have no home to gather in. They are facing this Easter hungry, homeless, and alone.
For almost 100 years, Hope Mission has partnered with caring people like you to provide hot meals and life-changing care to vulnerable neighbours in cities across Canada.
And this Easter, we’re planning something extra special for our hurting and hungry neighbours right here in Victoria — a special Easter meal with all the trimmings.
We’re expecting hundreds of hungry guests to come to our doors! To get ready to serve a bountiful meal to every one of them, we urgently need your help.

Since 1929, Hope Mission has walked alongside vulnerable neighbours, offering hot meals, compassionate care, and pathways toward healing and transformation. Here in Victoria, this mission continues every single day.
Many men and women in our city are experiencing homelessness, hunger, and addiction. Some have lost loved ones. Others carry stories of trauma, grief, or fear they don’t know how to share with anyone. Many feel forgotten.
But when someone meets them with compassion, everything begins to change.
Every day, our Rescue Van goes directly into the heart of Victoria — bringing food, warm clothing, prayer, and a listening ear to people who often feel unseen and unheard.
A simple act of kindness offered at the right moment can open the door to stability, healing, and hope.
