Youth Development Programs

Our Youth Development Programs are for teens interested in learning more about God, who are willing to serve and desire to develop leadership skills. They are designed as stepping stones or levels where a youth would begin at Level One and continue one by one to Level Four, The Crew. Sometimes youth are able to skip a level due to previous experience (attended another leadership camp, volunteer hours, horsemanship skills). Each youth application is looked over by our staff and directors to determine best fit. Participants sleep in tents, cook over a fire, and spend time building meaningful and lasting friendships in a group of 10-14 people. For camps that are longer than a week, youth will return home on the weekends. These programs require an application filled out by the youth which is included in the registration form listed below.

The Go Team

The GO Team is a one week program in which campers engage in service projects, camp activities, and enjoying the outdoors. They also have opportunities for personal growth and to learn more about God. Participants will spend Wednesday tubing down the Pembina River as part of a fun day together. Graduates from this program may be eligible to come back to camp the following summer and take the LDP or Rhythm. The Go Team lives in their own tent village separate from the main site. Three staff lead this program with 9 youth.

This is for youth who may not be ready for the requirements and responsibilities of the Leadership Development Program.
