Welcome Team (9:00am – 2:30pm)
Greet the walkers and other volunteers coming into the building with a warm welcome! Guide them where to go. The Welcome Team will also be responsible for checking off which volunteers have arrived and have them sign waiver forms.
This position is indoor.

Registration Team (9:00am – 2:30pm)
Register walkers as they come in. This includes processing waivers, cheques, and cash. Must be 18 years and older to volunteer for this position.

Route Marshalls (9:30am – 2:30pm)
Be the guide for our walkers! You will be paired with another volunteer and stationed at a checkpoint on the route to show our walkers where to go and cheer them on!
This position is outdoor.

Meal Service (10:30am – 2:30pm)
Prepare and serve the meal to our walkers and volunteers. Duties will be divided into plating & serving. You will be the one bringing warmth to our returned walkers.
