Rapid Exit

Rapid Exit is Hope Mission’s Housing First program. It aims to house and support chronically homeless individuals by helping them find and manage their own homes.

Rapid Exit works on a scattered site model; people are housed throughout the city and supported by follow-up workers who help connect them with further support and resources in their communities. In this program, the client takes the lead in their own recovery and is given freedom to choose which goals and services to pursue. To date, the Rapid Exit program has housed over 1500 clients.

Green Manor

Green Manor provides 52 affordable apartments to graduates of Hope Mission’s addiction recovery programs: giving homes to the homeless.

As a supported living environment, Green Manor will provide a place for people to become established in new communities, find ongoing employment, and become healthy members of society.
