KIDS & YOUTH
For over 80 years, we’ve been working to break the cycle of poverty for Edmonton’s kids, providing hope and a brighter future–a future without hunger, homelessness or addiction. Hope begins with a meal.

RW Tegler Youth Centre
Kids need a safe and fun place to hang out, be challenged, and grow as individuals. Consisting of a climbing wall, a huge indoor skate park, games room and a Media Arts Centre, the Centre offers many engaging opportunities to try new things. For our hours please call (780) 448-5820 for the most up to date times and programs. Want to volunteer with kids at the Tegler? Find our Tegler Youth Centre online volunteer form here.
Kids in Action
In our free after school programs, relationships are formed as kids spend time with mentors and learn their true potential. Skits and smaller group activities communicate character lessons based on the Biblical themes like love, generosity, courage, honesty, forgiveness, and kindness.
Hearty, healthy meals are a highlight for many kids near the end of the program. These meals, shared with staff, provide the only real nourishment for some of the kids that day.
For a kid facing deep challenges, Kids in Action gives the most precious gift: the gift of hope.

Summer Camp
Brightwood Ranch is located west of Edmonton on 220 beautiful acres. An affordable, high-energy Christian summer camp experience. Camp activities include horseback riding, climbing wall, archery, sports and many more outdoor activities. Learn more >Community Involvement
Its important that we have relationships not only with the children in our schools but with their parents, and other members of the community. We try to be as visible in and supportive of our communities as we can be. One of the ways that we do this is by facilitating community family events, like our Christmas Family Supper.
Resources & Downloads
In order to ensure the safety of our children, we require that all those that attend our programs have a completed waiver. The waiver can be downloaded below. This waiver must be filled out by a legal guardian.
